Our newly built villa is situated in an idyllic olive grove of 6200 sqm above Epano Sisi, 5 km east of Malia and 35 km east of Heraklion.
The villa has 105 sqm and offers a breathtaking view of the bay of Sisi and the sea on all levels as well as from the large sun terrace.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining and living area (sofa bed). The terrace has direct access to the heated pool. There is also an open-air kitchen with BBQ and a dining area on the terrace. Lounge furniture, sun loungers and parasols are available.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, each with its own balcony with an unrestricted view of Sisi and the sea, and each with its own en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
All rooms have their own air conditioning and satellite TV (smart TV). In the entire accommodation as well as in the outdoor area you have free WiFi with unlimited data volume. On request we offer NETFLIX for free. The accommodation can be secured by an alarm system when leaving.
Max. occupancy: 6 people
Towels, pool towels, hair dryer, ice cube machine, washing machine, electronic safe and a soundbar (can be connected to Android/APPLE) are included. A welcome package is available in the fridge upon arrival.
Linen change and cleaning of the villa every 4 days included.
Daily pool cleaning and final cleaning are also included.
The villa is cleaned to the highest standard with special cleaning products to protect against COVID.
The house is built in an environmentally friendly way. No olive trees were felled during construction, but transplanted on the property. Our own electricity production, water from our own well and the use of ecological materials enable the "Energy Efficiency A+" standard.
The center of Sisi is 2.8 km away. The two beaches invite you to sunbathe by the sea. The picturesque fishing village with its small shops and cafes invites you to linger. Be inspired by the Cretan cuisine in the numerous taverns.

Notes
All prices include a rental car (small car category) for the duration of the stay (exception for long-term rental), including VAT.
The vehicle is made available by an external company, brought to the accommodation and picked up again at the end of the rental period. The contract is concluded directly between the customer and the external service provider. The vehicle is fully insured. The rental conditions of the external service provider apply.
If a vehicle of a higher category is desired, this can be organized at an additional cost. Please specify when booking!
LONG-TERM RENTAL: The tariff is only valid for a minimum rental period of 30 days in the period from November 15th, 2023 to March 31st, 2024. Long-term rentals do not include a rental car. The cleaning of the villa can be done externally on request! (Price per cleaning approx. EUR 30 to 40)
